Children's and Family Movie Morning

Children of all ages are invited to an animated movie on Saturday, Dec. 2, from 10:00-11:30 a.m., in the Children's Program Room. A squirrel and his friends set out to stop a giant amusement park from being built when they discover their home will be destroyed in the process. Children of all ages are invited-under 10 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. No registration

Children's Halloween Party

The Children's Department at Rodman Public Library will be hosting a Children's Halloween Party on Saturday, Oct. 28, from 2:00-3:00 p.m. This event will include Halloween games, stories, face painting, music, dancing, treats... and more. Be sure to bring your camera to take a picture of your little ones in front of our fall backdrop. The program is open to children, ages 3-12, accompanied by an adult. Halloween costumes are optional but encouraged.

Tales for Tails

Rodman Public Library offers children the chance to try their reading skills on local therapy dogs on one Saturday each month from 1:00-3:00 p.m. These specially trained dogs will "listen" to stories in the Children's Program Room at the Main Library.

Two boys, who are creative jokesters, hypnotize their school principal into believing he is a half-witted, incredibly energetic underwear-wearing superhero. Children of all ages are invited-under 10 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. No registration is needed. Rated PG. Call 330-821-2665, ext. 223, for more information.
