Conference Room

Teens who want to help shape services and programs at Rodman Public Library are encouraged to join the Teen Advisory Board.

A meeting will be held in the Main Library conference room from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 13 for teens, ages 12-18, who are interested in joining.

Teens, 12-18, can sign up to participate in an ongoing series of "one-shot" Dungeons and  Dragons missions every month based on the Candlekeep Mysteries sourcebook. Players do not have to play consistently each month to participate and "advance" their character through the campaign. Each "mission" will be a standalone adventure where characters can earn items and currency to be used to "buy" items in game, but the adventures will not crossover other than stemming from the same location of the Candlekeep Library.

The Evening Book Discussion Group meets at 6:00 p.m. on the fourth Monday of each month at the Main Library. The selection for October 24 is The Nature of Fragile Things by Susan Meissner. For more information, call 330-821-2665, ext. 107.
