Teens who have an interest in writing are encouraged to join Rodman Public Library for the Teen Writing Club that meets on the second and fourth Wednesdays at 3:30 p.m. in computer lab at the Main Library. Have fun meeting with your fellow teen writers to exchange ideas, hone your skills and share your work, if desired. No registration is required. For more information, call 330-821-2665, ext. 217.

Teens, 12-18, can sign up at Rodman Public Library to participate in an ongoing series of "one-shot" Dungeons and  Dragons missions every month based on the Candlekeep Mysteries sourcebook. Players do not have to play consistently each month to participate.

Those interested can sign up via our online calendar on a month-to-month basis. Space will be limited each month to six players. A DnD Beyond account and email address is required to play.

Are you a teen who loves to read? Join Rodman Public Library for the Teen Book Club that meets on the third Monday of the month at 4:00 p.m. at the Main Library. The selected title for September is The Inheritance Games by Jennifer Lynn Barnes. Copies are available at the Main Library, through the library's catalog, or digitally through Axis 360 or the Ohio Digital Library. This program is patrons ages 12-18. A meeting will be held in the Main Library conference room from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 13 for teens, ages 12-18, who are interested in joining.

If you collect vinyl records and like listening to them with others, then you need to join the Alliance Vinyl Club on Wednesday, Oct.26 at 6:30 p.m. in the Main Auditorium at Rodman Public Library. The theme for the night will be Halloween music. Those in attendance will have the opportunity to spin their favorite records. Due to time limitations, only a few selections per person will be played.
