Rodman Public Library will host a Winter Wee Read session on Mondays and Wednesdays between Jan. 10 and April 13. During that time, Wee Read will be offered every Monday evening at 6:30 p.m. and every Wednesday morning at 10:30 a.m. Children, ages birth through two years, and their parents or caregivers are invited to attend. Wee Read includes stories, fingerplays, music and movement. No registration is required.

Children who attend the December Kids Crafting program at Rodman Public Library will create a special holiday keepsake. All children, ages 7-12, are invited to the Main Library at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 9 to make a gingerbread ornament craft. Kids Crafting programs are held monthly and all materials are provided by the Friends of Rodman Library. Space is limited and registration is required. Rodman Public Library invites children, ages 8-12, to Kids Gaming every first Wednesday of each month at the Main Library Auditorium. From 4:00 to 5:00 p.m., children will be treated to open play of video games, Minecraft, etc. on devices provided by the library. Registration is required for each session.

Rodman Public Library invites children, ages 8-12, to join the Kids Book Club, which meets on the third Wednesday of each month. The selection for Nov. 17 is Sweeping Up the Heart by Kevin Henkes.
