Children, ages 7-12, are invited to Rodman Public Library at 4 p.m. on Thursday, May 12 to create sea life sculptures using salt dough. Kids Crafting programs are held monthly and all materials are provided by the Friends of Rodman Library. Rodman Public Library invites children, ages 8-12, to Kids Gaming every first Wednesday of each month at the Main Library Auditorium. From 4:00 to 5:00 p.m., children will be treated to open play of video games, Minecraft, etc. on devices provided by the library. Registration is required for each session. The Rodman Public Library Children's Department is marking National Pizza Day - Wednesday, February 9 -- in a special way.

Saturday, February 5 is Take Your Child to the Library Day, and Rodman Public Library is encouraging all caregivers to bring their little ones in for a visit.

Kids who stop by the Children's Department at the Main Library at any time that day will be treated to a free book and a craft kit to take home.
