Holiday Gifts Maker Day
Saturday, December 6 (10 a.m. to 2 p.m.)
Come make a gift for a friend or loved one in the Makerspace! Librarians will be able to help you make the perfect gift using Makerspace materials. To participate, please call the Library at 330-821-2665, ext. 215 to choose a window of time to make your project. Expect that all projects will take at least an hour. Please visit Makerspace webpage to learn more about the Makerspace before arriving. All patrons must have user and hold harmless agreements on file or sign those forms in order to participate, and patrons under 18 must have a user agreement signed by a parent or guardian. Patrons under 14 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during the program.
DIY Gift Tags

Looking for fun gift tags and labels for holiday gifts? Come learn how to make them using tools from the library’s Makerspace! Please visit Makerspace webpage to learn more about the Makerspace before arriving. All patrons must have user and hold harmless agreements on file or sign those forms in order to use machines, and patrons under 18 must have a user agreement signed by a parent or guardian. Patrons under 14 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during the program to use machines, and patrons under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during the program in general. That adult must be signed up for the program.
Paper Scrap Challenge

Come make an original project using scrap paper from the library’s Makerspace! Scraps and new materials will be free of charge, and the Makerspace Librarian will be able to help you with your project.
