May ushers in the fifth month of events celebrating the founding of the Friends of Rodman Library forty years ago. Join the Friends and River's Bend Farm Market and Greenhouse for a "Build a Fairy Garden" event on Saturday, May 12, from 2 to 4 p.m., in Rodman Main Auditorium. The cost is $25.00 per attendee payable to River's Bend Farm Market the day of the program. Supplies will be provided at the time of the program: flower pot, three succulent plants, two miniature garden decorations, dirt, moss, stones, and bark. Extra plants may be purchased for $1.00 each and additional miniatures may be purchased, priced as marked. This makes a great Mother's Day gift!
