Rodman Public Library's popular children's Halloween party will be held
Saturday, Oct. 23, at 2:00 p.m. at the Main Library. Open to families with
children of all ages, the fun will include stories, treats and games. A "photo
booth" will be provided for parents to take pictures of their little ones, so
don't forget to bring your phone or your camera. Costumes are not mandatory,
