All youngsters are invited to attend eight weeks of Camp Rodman Branch.
Each Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. between April 2 and May 28, the Rodman Branch Library’s Spring Storytime will feature a theme related to camping with Yogi Bear and Boo Boo serving as mascots.
During each of those weeks, kids will begin by searching for a picnic basket that will contain something that relates to the topic of the week inside of it. Of course, the storytime will also include lots of books, songs, and a fun activity.
The themes for the storytimes include:
April 2 – Camping
April 9 – Bears (bring a bear with you)
April 16 – Nature
April 23 – S’mores
April 30 – Fishing
May 7 – Nocturnal Animals (wear your pajamas)
May 14 – Tents
May 21 – Bugs
May 28 – First Aid
Registration is not required to attend storytime.
