Who Are The People In Your Neighborhood Storytime Planned at The Branch
Who are the people in your neighborhood?
The Rodman Branch Library will help youngsters get to know a few of them during storytime sessions at 10:30 a.m. each Tuesday between April 11 and May 30.
With a theme of “All Together Now,” a preview of the 2023 Summer Reading Program, each week of Who Are The People In Your Neighborhood Storytime will feature a guest speaker and a special activity.
The scheduled guest speakers include:
- April 11 – Veterinarian Dr. Patricia Tucker (Bring in a stuffed animal for a checkup.).
- April 18 – Artist/entrepreneur Troy Myers from Hot Pots.
- April 25 – Alliance police officer Captain Akenra X.
- May 2 – Librarian Charlene Duro.
- May 9 – Farmer Eugene Miller.
- May 16 – A Counselor from CommQuest in honor of Mental Health Month.
- May 23 – Washington Township Fire Chief Craig Cobb.
- May 30 – Alliance Mayor Alan Andreani.
