All teens, ages 13-18, are invited to Rodman Public Library on Tuesday, December 4, at 5:30 p.m., for a Just for Teens Movie Night. The caped crusader has returned in this epic conclusion of a trilogy. The movie is rated PG-13 and will be viewed on Rodman Library’s big screen in the main auditorium. All teens, ages 12-18, are invited to Rodman Library on Thursday, January 17, at 3:00 p.m. to use imagination and make Duct Tape Creations. The possibilities are endless using today’s bright glow-in-the-dark colors, patterned and college team printed duct tape. A variety of different duct tape templates will be available for use to make wallets, water bottle holders, flowers, hats and much more. Participants will take their finished project with them at the end of the program.

All teens, ages 13-18, are invited to Rodman Public Library on Tuesday, January 22, from 3:30-5:30 p.m. A full length Anime movie will be the feature for January. Discussion of the characters and comparison of Anime versions vs. Manga versions will follow. Teens who attend will be able to decide what gets shown from month to month.

The Anime Club will meet in the main auditorium of Rodman Public Library located at 215 East Broadway Street in Alliance, OH. No registration is required. For more information, call 330-821-2665, ext. 214.

Teens, for intense one-on-one, head-to-head competition, join us on Thursday, Jan. 3, from  3:00-5:00 p.m., in Rodman’s main auditorium for an exciting afternoon with Madden 2013 that will be played on an Xbox gaming system with the game setting on Pro. The tournament will consist of single elimination, three minute quarters and random teams, excluding All-Star teams and Throwbacks. Prizes will be awarded to the top two finalists.

All teens, ages 13-18, gather your friends and come to Rodman Public Library on Thursday, December 20, at 3:00 p.m. to play the popular card game Magic the Gathering. A representative from Taz’s Gaming will be at on hand to help teach those who have never played. All levels, from beginners to experts, are welcome to attend. Teens who attend will leave with cards of their own. If you are a Magic “expert”, play with like-minded individuals or just share your expertise with beginners.

Teens ages 13-18 are invited to Rodman Public Library to decorate holiday ornaments for gift giving or for hanging on the family tree. A representative from Hot Pots Pottery will help teens design and personalize clay bisque ornaments. This holiday program will be held on Thursday, December 6, from 3:30-5:00 p.m., in the main auditorium.
