Rodman Library Introduces BookLetters Service

If you find yourself asking "What should I read?" when you visit Rodman Library, we have just the answer for you. Rodman Library is happy to introduce a new service called BookLetters.

BookLetters allows the library to send e-newsletters to you on books and media on the subject(s) of your choice. You will find more than 20 e-newsletters highlighting titles in specific categories and new offerings from Rodman Library. Subscribe to the categories of interest and on a regular basis you'll receive e-mail notification of new titles in those categories. There is also a direct link from the e-newsletter to the library catalog to place a hold on titles you would like us to reserve for you.

Go behind the books to meet the authors with biographies and interviews of more than 1500 authors. Choose a 'good read' from the New York Times bestseller list or more than 80 other bestseller and award lists for adults, teens and children.

Simply click on the 'Good Reads' button from Rodman Library's website (www.rodmanlibrary.com). The first link under the 'Also Available' section is BookLetters. Click on this link, and in just three easy steps you will be on your way to receiving the BookLetters e-newsletter(s). Click on the check mark next to each e-newsletter you would like to receive, enter your email address in the box provided, click the ‘Subscribe’ button at the bottom of the page, and then look for the BookLetters e-newsletters of your choice in your inbox.
