LEGAL ADVISOR

Lexington Township has a Legal Advisor to assist the Trustees and Township department heads on a daily basis.  The Legal Advisor is retained by contract on a yearly basis to supplement the Stark County Prosecutor’s office, which by state statute represents all of the Townships in Stark County.
