Heart disease, diabetes, cancer, and Alzheimer’s disease are some of the leading causes of death for men and women in the U.S.  Research has shown that a nutrient rich, plant-based diet can help prevent and even reverse disease.  Join us for a presentation that will explore the research that supports this nutritional lifestyle, as well as practical tips on how to adopt a plant-strong diet.
 
Dr. Terry Tegtmeier, cardiologist, and Adene Keller, RN, guest speakers from the Heart Center at Aultman Hospital will present “The Benefits of a Plant-Based Diet for Disease Prevention and Reversal” in the auditorium on Tuesday, October 15, 2013 starting at 6:30 p.m.
