Are you a book lover? Are you interested in meeting other book lovers to compare notes and have a lively discussion? If so, join us at the evening book discussion group Monday, June 3, at 6:30 p.m. in Rodman Public Library’s Conference Room.

The Paris Wife, by Paula McLain, is the book choice for June’s discussion. In McLain’s novel, Hadley (Hemingway) is intrigued by brash "beautiful boy" Ernest Hemingway, and after a brief courtship and small wedding, they take off for Paris, where Hadley makes a convincing transformation from an overprotected child to a game and brave young woman who puts up with impoverished living conditions and shattering loneliness to prop up her husband's career.

The book is carried at Rodman Main and Branch Libraries. Come to the meeting and bring a friend. For more information, call 330-821-2665, ext. 208.
