Connie Houk, costume designer for Carnation City Players, will demonstrate how to transform your existing hat into a one-of-a-kind creation. To celebrate the new release of The Hunger Games: Catching Fire, Rodman Main Library invites area teens, ages 12-18, to join us on Thursday, Nov. 21, from 3 to 5 p.m., for an afternoon party of games, trivia, and tests of your survival know-how.
